What if you could lower your blood sugar and A1c while giving up all of your favorite foods?
Maybe you have found yourself thinking:
☑️ Keto, WW, Noom, and low carb diets seem to work for others but I can’t stick to them - is it that I lack willpower or is this related to my blood sugar levels?
☑️ I’m pretty sure I’m not supposed to eat carbs, but what can I eat?
☑️ Everyone seems to have a different recommendation for lowering blood sugar, how do I know what the best approach for me is?
☑️ I feel so addicted to carbs and sugar. No matter how hard I try I can’t stop bingeing or overeating at night.
☑️ I will eat the same food over and over again, and one day it will cause a blood sugar spike and another day it won’t. I have no idea how to fix this!
☑️ I just want someone to tell me what to eat to lower my blood sugar so I can stop obsessing over if I’m eating the ‘right’ food or not.
But, what if you knew exactly what to eat, so you could have...
Confidence with your food choices
One way of eating that feels good
A lower A1c and blood sugar without cutting carbs
Ice cream with your kids without fear of a spike
Hi, I’m Dione! Registered Dietitian and Prediabetes & Diabetes Specialist
You’re not alone in feeling confused about what to do after your prediabetes diagnosis. I remember when I was first diagnosed with prediabetes about 8 years ago… I was given a handout, Metformin, and sent on my way. I felt completely alone and overwhelmed on where to start in lowering my blood sugar and A1c.
I knew there was no way I could avoid cookies for the rest of my life [which is what the handout told me!]. This sparked my interest in uncovering a new, science-backed way in lowering blood sugar. I obtained a bachelors and masters degree in nutrition studying the physiology behind blood sugar management and continued my education and went on to take the Intuitive Eating Counselor certification to learn how to incorporate my favorite foods (cookies) into my eating plan without spiking my blood sugar.
As a fellow foodie with a sweet tooth who hates intense exercise… I was able to lower my A1c and get off Metformin using the methodology I learned in nutrition school. I've kept my A1c and fasting blood sugar below the prediabetic range for over 7 years now and now this is exactly what I teach my clients in this course. I’ve helped over 250 people lower their A1c and blood sugar out of the prediabetic range. It's my mission to spread the word that people with pre and type 2 diabetes don't have to do keto or intermittent fasting.
This is why I'm so excited to introduce the Blood Sugar Boss Academy! Where you'll learn exactly what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat for lower blood sugar 🎉🎉🎉
